Positive: I received clear instructions on how to get the keys the day before, it was a smooth process. Location is great, very central, lots of restaurants around. I was on the last floor so everything was nice and quiet. Plus the bed was really comfy. WiFi worked great Negative: There was a little problem with the door code being changed on my first night. I was able to call their emergency hotline and get the new code, but an alert by chat in advance would have been nice. The same night another guest was stuck at the door, and he couldn't reach them via the hotline, so it seems like a recurring issue ... The shower head was a bit leaky

Positive: Originelle Unterkunft direkt im Zentrum von Bristol. Wer „Stadt“ mag: perfekte Lage! Tipps für die Gegend kann man kaum geben, denn sie ist praktisch voll mit Pubs, Clubs und Läden. Wir fahren jedes Jahr nach Bristol und entdecken immer mal was Neues. Vielleicht ein Tipp für´s Frühstück: Gleich schräg gegenüber (31 Corn St.) ist ein Cosy Club, Frühstück ist super und das Haus sollte man gesehen haben (am WE besser reservieren). Die Zimmer sind in ein altes Haus eingebaut und dementsprechend verwinkelt - doch der Platz ist gut genutzt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht inkl. kompletter Küche und Fernseher mit Internetanschluss für die gängigen Streamingdienste und Programm-Apps, selbst ein HDMI-Kabel liegt bereit. Nicht vergessen, sich vor Abreise wieder auszuloggen! ;-) Wer schlecht zu Fuß ist, sollte evtl. woanders nächtigen oder zumindest eines der unteren Zimmer buchen. Check-in und -out hat problemlos geklappt, es gibt einen Türcode und der elektronische Zimmerschlüssel liegt in einem dieser kleinen Schlüsseltresore. Alles war perfekt sauber, das Reinigungspersonal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

A nice place in principle, but poorly prepared during my stay Positive: The location is quite convenient. It is near the city center and has a supermarket nearby. To me, it is also nice that the location is close to the bus stop for the Airport Flyer. The staff is kind enough to promptly address the issues I encountered during my stay. Wifi is stable and fast enough. The windows effectively shut out outside noise. Negative: The room preparation was quite awful, which I don't think is normal, though. The fob to enter the room didn't work on the arrival date. There were wet towels left in the washing machines. The TV screen has a crack, and the remote control is missing. There was no toilet paper. There was no body soap. The "conditioner" bottle was filled with shampoo or body soap. The fridge didn't shut properly without great care. The property sometimes trembles (may be due to construction work nearby).

La situation de l appartement nous a permis de profiter au mieux de Bristol Positive: L appartement est tres bien situe en plein centre ville .Il est par ailleurs, en tres bon etat Negative: le manque de mode d emploi pour la plaque de cuisson a induction qui s est bloquee a la premiere utilusation et que nous ne sommes pas arrives a débloquer Le lit dont il etait impossible de faire le tour comme collant presque aux murs ce qui n est pas trop pratique

Interesting apartment hotel in the centre of Bristol Positive: The apartment is spacious, has a kitchen with all the equipment. Very modern and interesting refurbishment. Central location. Check-in was smooth. P.S. I lost a credit card on the stairs and somebody found it and left it on the handrails. Very grateful for the person who found my card! Negative: No elevator, so you have to climb a lot if you live on the 3rd floor. Bed is on the floor, so on some mornings it would be difficult to get out of it :)
