Evidently a previous B&B showing wear and tear and not given necessary attention to refurbishment.
Positive: Room only basis. Location good.
Negative: Property in need of refurbishment, curtains and showers-over-baths in need of repair or renewal.
Generally clean but in need of full cleanliness eg. food from previous occupants found in refrigerator, unwanted items from previous occupants left behind. No brochures for locality or general instructions folder for house maintenance and contacts available.

Brilliant
Positive: Close to train and public transport links and surrounded by restraunts and close to Welsh Parliament buildings and the theatre. Also free parking was excelling and private.
Negative: Had a few issues with hot water at first but was promptly sorted.
