Enjoyable stay, will come back Positive: Unbeatable location close to Temple Meads and Cabot Circus. Well equipped with all you need for a short stay including washing machine, dishwasher and kitchenware. Warm, bright and comfortable with spacious rooms, though double bed was small. Negative: Minor improvements - lack of toiletries, no live TV channels for news. Communication was automated and specific query not answered.

5 nuits à Bristol Positive: L'appartement est situé dans une très jolie allée privée proche des centres commerciaux et à 13mn à pied de la gare. Il est très bien équipé pour faire la cuisine. La literie est très confortable. La salle de bains est parfaite et le linge fourni de qualité. Negative: Nous avions choisi cet appartement pour la terrasse et nous sommes retrouvées à l'étage avec un minuscule balcon sur lequel nous ne pouvions pas dîner. Les fenêtres sont basculantes et sont très difficiles à maintenir ouvertes. Il a fallu 2 jours pour faire disparaître la fournaise (il a fait très chaud avant notre arrivée), d'autant qu'une des chambres a une fenêtre minuscule. On entend ce qui se passe dans les appartements en dessous. Etrangement, il y avait 13 verres à pied et deux verres à eau et seulement 3 chaises dans un appartement pour 4 ! Un bar/jardin est ouvert jusqu'à minuit tous les soirs juste à côté. Les mews sont situées dans un quartier ni joli ni engageant qu'il vaut probablement mieux éviter la nuit. Pour toutes ces raisons l'appartement, même s'il est de qualité, nous a paru un peu cher.

Both bedrooms could have done with fans as windows had limited opening capacity One of the key fobs only opened the front door and not the flat Batteries need replacing in one of the Tv remote Information on working instructions for appliances would be helpful plus info on local shops, restaurants and buses

Joli appartement au centre-ville Positive: Joli appartement, bien situé, très tranquille. Belle décoration avec des meubles neufs. Chaque chambre a sa télévision, 3 au total. Proche de toutes les attractions. Negative: Le staff qui gère ces appartements n’a pas répondu quand je les ai contactés à 2 reprises.

We had a fabulous weekend, in a lovely apartment in a great location and we would definately go back/recommend to ot Positive: Great space, very comfortable, generally very well equipped. Negative: There was nothing that we didn’t like about the property. Two small pieces of feedback to share: I couldn’t open the lock box upon arrival. A very kind neighbour to the property tried to help and she was also unable to open it. The host to the property was very helpful and responded quickly, letting me in and sending someone out to sort the lock box. The property is well equipped but is currently missing some crockery/smaller kitchen items - there were only 2 cereal bowls and there were 3 of us staying in the property!
