Our Cardiff Aparthotel: Moments from the Stadium, Shopping & Station (Front Lofts)

Disappointed that this fell short of what we needed for this stay Positive: Cute details and little kitchen area good Negative: Overlooking the busiest street in Cardiff so was noisy - first floor so had to open windows as there was no air on and was stuffy. Windows didn’t open properly and blinds broken, Dirty bins outside property that you have to stand next to to open door - No fan in bathroom and bedroom area too cramped as you can’t access bed properly, nowhere to put anything next to bed.

Positive: No li faltava detall, està ben cuidat i es bonic Negative: Hem passat molta calor perquè no hi ha aire acondicionat i no es poden deixar obertes les finestres pel soroll del carrer. Amb ventiladors no és suficient.

Suffocatingly hot. Positive: Modern, clean, stylish. Negative: Unbelievably hot so much so we had to book in to a nearby hotel for one of our two nights to escape it. No lift, no air conditioning, it was more than 31 degrees despite constant use of the fan provided.

Positive: Use of space was amazing. Wonderful use of colour and textures. Kitchen worked well for us and dishwasher very welcome. Comfortable bed and bed settee. Bean bag, pouffe stool and sheepskin rugs lovely touches and we appreciated them as we did the two fans on what was a very warm weekend! Negative: Could have done with a decent chopping board and two decent tea towels. The one that was provided was of such poor quality as to be pretty useless. It also needed a bath mat for stepping onto after showering. Lack of anyone answering my e mail and 2 phone calls to Bristol Higgihaus as to the possibility of our arriving early and dropping off our luggage early was frustrating.

Besides the noise from the street, it was really convenient and comfy. Positive: Nicely decorated, comfy. Negative: A bit noisy.
